Position Summary

Everis Medical is a fast-growing medical device company dedicated to elevating outcomes for surgeons and patients. With a portfolio spanning ENT, critical care, and patient comfort, we combine rigorous regulatory standards with creative marketing that builds strong customer trust.

The Marketing Associate is a product expert supporting both the Sales and Marketing Teams. A high level of knowledge regarding our medical devices and applicable medical procedures will be achieved. This position provides sales support by responding to customer inquiries and performing administrative tasks to manage leads. The Marketing Associate will provide initial and continual training to the Sales Team on Everis’ product lines and competitive products.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Will provide sales support by answering customer questions and resolving issues; follows up on sales leads to obtain and provide additional information and to transition the leads into opportunities for the sales team.
  • May develop and/or initiate the development and production of marketing support material (e.g. product brochures, Apps, videos), including identifying needs, collaborating on content, researching, and writing.
  • Will assist in the marketing of our products through exhibits, trade shows and educational lab execution, becoming a product expert on each item in our array.
  • Lead or assist in trade show selection, manage the schedule, ensure timely registrations, assess budget and performance. Coordinate trade show participants, schedules, and travel as needed.
  • Work in booth doing product demonstrations, speaking with current and potential customers, detailing product benefits, and managing booth schedule.
  • Provide initial and continual technical training to the Sales and Marketing Teams on Everis’s product lines, competitive products, marketing campaigns, and selling strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategies for communicating product-related updates to the Sales and Marketing Teams, and company-wide as needed.
  • Provide company-wide training regarding various aspects of marketing and sales to others as requested.
  • May provide input in the new product development process and collect Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback as needed. May support key product trials, presentations or installations as directed by the manager.
  • Will become a power-user of Salesforce and assist the Salesforce Administrator with testing and providing feedback from the internal users. Will support the development of other sales support tools.
  • Will submit periodic reports on assigned topics, perform data analytics and create reports as needed.
  • Manages device loaners and products for clinical trials.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business, marketing, or communications.
  • 0-2 years in a marketing, sales, or related position.
  • Personable, excited to educate the customer, positive attitude, and aspires to help internally.
  • Ability to learn and understand technical terms and medical information.
  • Ability to teach and communicate this information to clearly to Everis Team members.
  • Ability to present very technical information professionally to medical personnel and others.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated effective organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities with varying deadlines.
  • Fundamental computer skills (Microsoft Office); experience in Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presence.
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive arguments.

 

Physical Requirements

  • A candidate may need to occasionally push, pull, or lift 25-50 lbs.
  • Frequent walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time in an office and hospital setting.
  • Travel not to exceed 25%.
