Kevin McLeod is a dynamic CEO and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the medical technology industry. He held executive leadership roles in marketing, sales, and business development at Stryker Corporation. During his tenure at Stryker, he demonstrated a history of success in portfolio and strategic development. In 2010, he launched the Michigan Medical Device Accelerator providing strategic direction for early-stage growth companies, including Impact Athletic, which he led to its successful acquisition by Rogers Athletic.

Kevin’s decades of medical and leadership experience led to the founding of Everis in 2019. He serves as CEO, leading the team on its mission to bring products and people to their fullest potential.

Ted Bloomfield is an operational leader focused on efficiency and quality with more than 25 years of experience in the medical device industry. His tenure includes leadership roles at Orchid, where he spearheaded the establishment of the Project Management Office, implemented automation and lean initiatives, and orchestrated transformative measures across global machining operations at the company’s largest site. Ted also made substantial contributions during his time at Stryker in research and development, as well as operations positions.

In his role as COO, Ted will utilize his expertise to manage the day-to-day operations of Everis and strengthen the company’s core technical functions and risk management capabilities.

Zach Teichmiller is a results-driven CFO with experience partnering with small to middle-market companies. He is a financial leader with proven accomplishments in improving operational performance and implementing strategic initiatives. In his previous role as Senior Director of Shore Capital Partners, Zach prepared several of the acquired platforms for transformational growth, through the professionalization of the accounting & finance function.

Zach will lead the financial operations across Everis to drive success, excellence, and future acquisitions for continued growth.

Sam Landry is an accomplished sales executive with over a decade of experience, including seven years at Stryker as a Sales Representative and three years serving as the West Area Sales Leader for Everis. He has driven consistent revenue growth, developed strong customer partnerships, and built expertise in product positioning and competitive market strategy.

As Vice President of Global Sales at Everis, Sam leads the company’s worldwide sales organization, driving growth and international expansion. He is known for building strong client partnerships, opening new markets, and mentoring teams to achieve ambitious goals, playing a central role in advancing Everis’ global vision.

Sarah Hollingsworth is a multifaceted leader with over a decade of experience, including 8 years in product and software development consulting. She has spearheaded 60+ product and application designs, multiple brand launches, and numerous innovative marketing campaigns that have resulted in increased market share and revenue growth.

As Vice President of Marketing, Sarah’s ability to lead with a customer-centric approach, and navigate the complex landscape of medical device marketing, continues to be a driving force in the company’s mission to provide leading products and superior service to clinicians and patients worldwide.

Alexis Smith is an experienced executive with an ability to identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions. In her previous role as Business Consulting Manager at EY, she specialized in delivering supply chain and finance transformations that improved operational performance and enabled rapid, scalable growth.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Alexis leads strategic operations and enables Everis’s mission by executing strategic initiatives and growth plans across the organization.

Emily Swetz is a people-first human resource leader with over a decade of experience across manufacturing and consulting. In previous roles, she led talent and performance management, professional development programs, and culture-building initiatives that strengthened organizational performance and long-term talent growth. She is passionate about creating comprehensive, high-performing workplaces where HR partners with leaders to drive measurable results through best-practice people strategies.
